I can't log in, what can I do?

Device settings

If you are unable to login, the issue might be with your device settings. Try the following:


  1. Delete cookies and web history
  2. Make sure there is a good internet connection 
  3. Use Safari or Chrome as browser. DuckDuckGo and other privacy browsers often have issues with DigiD
  4. Do not use private or incognito mode when logging in
  5. If you have many (99 or more) tabs open in your browser, close as many as possible
  6. Close old browser tabs you used for HuisartsDichtbij

Is there an (error) message or a white screen visible? Write down the message or take a screenshot.
